Live Ensembles

STAB Choir Ensemble

Recorded with two Neumann TLM 103s, and four Neumann KM 184s.

Two of the 184s were set up in an NOS pattern for stereo about three rows in the audience seating.  The other two 184s were placed under the piano (due to closed lid for sound balancing) for stereo recording. The two TLM 103s were positioned on the far left and right of the recital hall with one on each side for not only capturing the full sound of the room but also to capture it in stereo as well.

On this project I was in charge of:  live recording setup, DAW session preparation, post-production editing, and session scheduling.
